Just to be up front, I'm an owner so not applying for your position. But just out of curiosity, what do you mean when you say a 'supervisor' or 'operations manager'? Managing 2 guys, a team, 'teams' of people, managing managers... Hiring/firing? Getting guys out the door in the morning, then selling, quality control, putting out fires during the day? Hands on/working w/a guy or guys plus other duties?? What???
No disrespect intended AT ALL! I just wonder sometimes how effective this hiring board is, who sees it, & what expectations are of those looking for help.
