How many total have you sent out already. I've reached my advertising budget once I send the next 10,000 out.

Had 1 call off my first 545 postcards, called today & met with with A guy that has a retaining wall that is bowing out, he's cheap & wants to reuse the block but if they're now glued, thst may be possible. Hopefully we can land it.

I hate those jobs, always seems to be a cheap asz trying to get his failing wall fixed, for cheap! Again! .... Exactly why it prob failed in the first place. He went with the biggest hack he could find to do it for the cheapest! Give him your price to build it with a large profit. If he says no, walk away!

He's the 2nd owner. I know exactly what happened without even asking him. Its about a 8-10 yr old house, the developer had his own crew build it, or a landscape contractor for as cheap as possible (most likely), or possibly the previous homeowner did it themselves (or hired an idiot) but there are two tiers with steps so that is very unlikely as it's complex for a homeowner and/or half the industry because they have no idea how to build walls correctly, but the fact of the matter is that there wasn't nearly enough base.

Glad it's working well for you guys. I'm in the process of getting out all my door hangers. My legs are tired.

Well, I sent out 8200 6.5 by 11 mailers this morning!
I hope I am making a good decision with this marketing plan for the year. I really would like a good response from them.
