What do you think of my postcard mailings?
I just had these made up but I'm not sure if I like how my logo contrasts with the postcard design. Almost feel like it kind of just blends in and is less noticeable. They're going to have to make some minor fixes but overall, what do you think of the layout and design? Feedback is greatly appreciated!

haha thanks, I got someone to prepay last year for 3 houses that he owned (which was really nice). I'm mailing out 10,000 so I figure even if I only get a couple that well help greatly with my cash flow

It comes across as sort of bland and boring to me.

I'd absolutely put a few prices on there, though. People are lazy. If they see pricing on there it saves a step. You can upsell them later. The first and hardest step is getting them in the fold.
