WTB Walk Behind or WB frame

Looking for a reasonably priced belt drive 32" or 36" Walk Behind, in working or non-working condition. Would also be interested in a frame without a motor, as long as the transmission, deck spindles, and most of the parts were there. Thank you and have a great day.

Still looking for a 36" or 48" belt-drive walk behind. Would consider a non-running one, if it would be a easy fix. Would like to get one around or under the $600 range, since I only need this mower for 1-2 properties I am not looking to spend a lot. Would like to find one close to home here in Eastern,Ky, but I am open to travel to:Lexington,Ky, Louisville,Ky, Southwest,Va or around Johnson City,Tn. If the deal is sweet enough, the Cinncinati Ohio/Kentucky area would also be a option. Thank you very much and god bless.

Banjoman, I know this is more than what you were origonally were wanting to spend, but with it being new, at a great price, and with a warranty, it may still be what your pocket book is needing in the long run.
I can get the 36" with a honda as well as kohler and Kawasaki. The cheapest would be with the Honda.
