10k sqft? you can do that in about a day with 6 guys. Unless you rig a roller onto your skid steer's pallet forks.....then maybe 3 or 4. Both of these are including yourself.

yea it seems like 2013 is goign to be a good year. hope to build up enough steady work where the wife can quit her job and be my office manager and answer phones, do the books etc..

Been a great week. Makes for the largest amout of bids ( money wise) ive submitted in a 5 day period. Almost $90k in work. Just dropped off 3x demolition bids. Now the wonderful waiting game.
