This was one of my contract jobs for high grass/debris violations. They are keeping us super busy. After this month I will definitely have enough cash put aside for a Skidsteer upgrade and a brush mower for the skid.

Made a Lil progress yesterday afternoon on the fence project:




Nice sized Banana Spider we found in a backyard.



Two building we are bidding on for Demo, and hopefully bidding on the dirt work & sod/landscape install for the park that is going to be built on this area.

How would you demo,load and haul that if you got the bid? What would a demo like that go for? 10k ish?

Demo would be done with an excavator and Skidsteer. Debris would be loaded into 30yd dumpsters.

I'm the same way this week. I have 2 landscaping job to get in. One I've already did the cleanup on just have to go back and do the planting and mulching. And the other one just clean out and re-mulch. Plus I've picked up 5 more yards.

Have a 5acre clearing job to go look at 2morrow. Plus got 7new high grass violations added to my work orders today. So we have 53 to cut by Saturday.

Made progress on the fence. Built my first gate from scratch.

Using 3 hinges with another 2x4 to support it would make it stronger. That's what I always use.
