either use a small local agency or go with a broker who use insurance companies from all over the country. I spend less then $500 a year on insurance which covers $1 million general liability, marine policy and a couple other small things for landscaping and lawn mowing. It will go up to $900 this year to also cover hardscaping and lighting.
If your a sole proprietor is will cost $150 for the different licenses and fees. -Michael
