S250 error code 34-04

Hello everyone, well I got an electrical issue which are always my favorite. I have a bobcat s250 with roughly only 750 hours. I have in the past got the 34-04 code, deluxe panel error. Bobcat told me just to unhook the battery and hook back up, always has worked. Now when I was plowing, I hit the hydraulic override to unhook my broom, went to go start it nothing. I did the battery trick, nothing, I used jumper cables to try and over ride the switch, starter turned over slowly. I jumped in, fired right up, messed around with it for awhile, parked it, shut it down, same thing. When I push the enter, the glow plug relay vibrates or chatters until glow plugs are done, then I push the start button, starter relay chatters when I push the start button but it never turns over. I brought both panels into bobcat and they put them on another machine and they worked just fine. All relays and fuses are good. Any help ? Thanks a lot !!!!!
