Help with cost and pricing
Guys I know this question is like beating a dead horse but I'm stumped. I'm so confused on how to figure out my costs and how to price. Can someone give me clear directions on how to obtain this? I get the idea of cost by adding up everything from last years statements, but then what do I do? Should I start tracking time? Is that what I'm missing? somehow I've stayed in business without knowing these basic business numbers! Should I price maintenance by time? If so how do I figure out my time on a property? We are a full service maintenance company. No installations.

Here is a link that I found a few days ago that walks you through a process for estimating pricing for lawncare. It doesn't tell you exactly WHAT to charge, but rather sets you up with a good process to follow http://smallbusiness.chron.com/estim...ess-11385.html Good luck- Rick |
