Looks nice. Are you going to seed that area in the woods by the swing set? I usually have trouble getting grass to grow in well in heavy shaded areas like that one. Even using good topsoil and shady seed mix's they grow in well for a year or two then kind of fade out. I found to just constantly overseed each year or so on those areas. Any tips?

I use a full shade mix seed along with lesco team mates the shade mix is mostly all fescue I believe while the team mates has rye blue and fescue. The shade mix seed has really thin blades and shallow root structure ztr's do a number on it

Sweet. A dealer by me that rent from has a few new pre tier4 SVL75s w/ cab. Could you send me a pm with a lil info on the rent to own. If you don't mind.

Love the material bins. I've got a buddy who works for the railroad and we got permission to go through an old stack of railroad ties and take what we want. So I'm guna build some bins out of them at my new shop.
