So i've been meaning to put some pictures up on here of a project i've been working on for a little while now. The property was a new home build in a waterfront private community (certified P.I.A association to deal with by the way) but I took over the landscape work after the site work contractors did there job and the house was built.

The homeowners live approx 60ft from the "ASSociations private beach" the beach has all sorts of rules etc and they wanted to feel like they where on the beach when they walked out on theyre back deck. So the idea was to create a raised sand dune to hide the lower association beach from eye level view on the first floor and give the appearance that the house was sitting on a cape cod dune over looking the water. We also did the driveway, lawn install and all landscaping on the premises.
