What's the back story. Doesn't look like too bad of a house.

The story is this... The guy calls me from South Florida. It's his mother-in-laws house in my area. She went into a nursing home a year prior to him calling me. The grandson (I think that's what he said) was staying there but apparently (and obviously) wasn't doing anything around there. The whole time the power and water was on, right along with the irrigation system. The only reason the guy knew the condition was because code enforcement got through to him.

Yup, still here. It wasn't too bad really. Chased away a few rabbits and a really fast black snake.

Thanks! Funny you mention the other house - a few curious neighbors asked if I was doing that one too. Also empty and numerous letters on the door.

Did you just use your walk behind to mow this down? Any damage or just sharpen the blades when you were done?

If y don't mind, what would you typically charge for this lot if you were doing it weekly? What did you up charge for mowing this down?

If you don't want to answer, can you tell me from straight price to up charge percentage?
