I think it looks clean and crisp but a photo or something more grabbing on the home page is needed.

You do have a disadvantage in not getting your number up quickly. Web surfers have a short attention span and mobile surfers even less. easy access to Contact info is a must. If you are not able to get a answering service perhaps you should let people know e-mail is preferred sooner rather than later. Most definately do it sooner on the contact page IMHO.
