Existing customers and "spring sales"

Many of us do spring specials or discounts to try to get new leads and customers.

So what do you do for existing customers that see the special and ask? I've never had a problem but the question was raised today in discussion

I would think you would give them the special. Since I dont service "cookie cutter " yards specials would be impossible for me.

I have a list of people that I do "one" time jobs for, as soon or if the rain quits here Ill start calling them.

For my year round customers I spend a LOT of extra time at their homes in the winter, and the weekley rate stays the same.

This is a strange Question !!!

when you offer " Specials " to get NEW customers. you only offer this to NEW CUSTOMERS.
Not the ones you already have. . .

If you offer 10% off NEW CUSTOMER Spring clean ups......
your existing customers would n't need this service..... this seems VERY strange to me.
