Should I buy this Exmark Turf Tracer S series 2012? Please help make decision.

This mower is basically brand new. Only used a few times.
Asking price $4500. What should I offer? Comes with mulching kit and velkey. http://www.campbellsequipment.com/pages/myinventory#details:UnitId=100044634

Thanks for all your help!!

Yeah that's the model number of mower. So I just posted that. Pictures of mower look brand new and here is the craigslist ad http://jackson.craigslist.org/grd/3595708566.html

I have the money for a quality new walk behind 36 to be my main mower. Is this a good one to choose? What price would be a great one and me and seller are both getting an equal deal?
Thanks.

Okay well a new 48 looks to be 5800, if it's in excellent shape I would try to get it for around 4000 and that would be a better deal.

Says mower and velkey but no mulching kit $3900. Should I try to keep mulching kit?
