Since it takes 10PSI (if I read right) to get beyond the diaphragm check valve, does that mean if I am spraying at 40PSI, that the water that exits the nozzle is actually being sprayed at 30PSI?

Even if that's not the case, is 30PSI sufficient for those AI11004 tips? I know you like to run 40PSI on yours.
