racks in box trucks
I hung all my racks with self tapping metal screws to the aluminm supports for the box. Now that I've put a few miles on they are starting to back out. What would be a better way to secure my racks?

I use nuts and bolts through the wall. Paint the heads outside.

if you dont want to drill a zillion holes through your box ,you could bolt a 2x6 across several aluminum uprights ,then bolt your racks to the 2x6 .Also, dont forget to seal your new holes with some silicone or something .
