Hustler Mini Z drive motor
I have a 52" Hustler Mini Z that is leaking around the left drive motor. Took it to the shop and they said it was the motor leaking, $1250! Can I just replace seals and bearing in the motor? Would appreciate any help!

If you can find out the brand and model# you could buy the motor from a hydraulic supplier and probably save a lot.

I did replace the outer shaft seal on an older motor once and it worked out fine although it is recommended that repairs to hydraulic motors be done in a sanitary environment. It's worth trying. I just bought a motor from a supplier for 350 that the dealer wanted 800 for
