This lawn care package almost seems too good to be true!

Keeping in mind what prices are being paid today for mowers, blowers, and trimmers, I did a "double take" when I saw the price on this package deal. This seems extremely low to me. What do ya'll think?

I guess it would be helpful if I actually added a link to what I'm talking about huh?

I mean, do your homework.
You, the owner of your business, are responsible for it.

It's Consumer grade, the seller even mentions it right in the description...
Always the first thing to look for, who is it made for.

The backpack blower, go right to Husqvarna's web site (yes, husqvarna.com) and look it up, you'll see right away it's near bottom of the line or at least nowhere near the top.

It's not that hard but you need to do your homework.
Here it is, the entire line up, right on their web site:
http://www.husqvarna.com/us/products...mpare-blowers/
That bt130 is a $260 blower, top of the line is closer to $600...

So the price of that auction is right on the money.
Nothing wrong with it, but it's not commercial.

Oh yeah, I know they're legit, and I know they sell a lot of eqp. What I was referring to was the fact that we are now so accustomed to seeing ZTR's price's alone (without other eqp) beginning with numbers much higher than a "3".

So when other eqp is added, and the entire package deal price starts with a "3" it just catches your eye...even if the eqp isn't commercial grade.

It was just a passing thought.

Thank you for your insight, I'll try to take my responsibility more seriously, and not have any passing thoughts that really have nothing to do with anything, other than an idle observation.

That's an okay price, nothing special. I did a little searching and I can get that mower shipped to my door for $3199. If you assume the shipping is $200 then the mower is $2999. It's a $200 trimmer (but an excellent one) and the blower for a couple of hundred bucks. That puts you right where the pricing is.

BTW, that trimmer is the one I use every day. As long as Kawi keeps making them, I'll keep buying them. I had searched for a long time for a replacement for my Shindy T-230 and this is an equal to it, except this has more power.

This post wasn't really worded correctly

I have rec'd several PM's (in addition to the posted replies) in reply to this post and just wanted to take a minute to say thank you.

I made this post knowing that the deal was legit, because I've been familiar with the seller for several years now, and I was aware of roughly what the individual pieces sell for.

I basically was just making a passing observation about how unusual it is these days to see a "name brand" ZTR, along with a couple more pieces of equipment, being offered for a price that begins with a "3"....even if it is only homeowner grade.

I realize now that the the wording of my post didn't make that clear, and I appreciate the replies and PM's I rec'd that passed along the details of the individual prices of the eqp.

I'll do better! Stan
