Sticklem, site's looking good but you really need to readdress your home page slide show. You've got high-resolution pictures squeezed down to fit the slider box, creating really long load times. For example, this picture is 3989x1406, 96dpi, and a beefy 4.79MB. Properly optimized, you can get that down to about 185k.
