If you have design in hand I would take it to your local print shop to get it printed. As for eddm I would go to your local post office or usps.com. You can do it all on line to look at prices and see where it will be going.

What do I do about mailing lists? Is that something I should worry about?

Local print shop. Also doubles as a good way to network and get your brand out there. Make friends with the owner and get him to refer you. Vista print or other online sites may save you a few bucks but the referrals you can gain from other local business owners easily out weight the price difference.

I use gotprint.com for all my printing needs. I kind of like them better then vista print.

But then I do not know if they do mailing, I do all my own mailing.
