Well, lets throw another angle on this.
How is your ad worded? Is it full of demands? Or does it focus on what you as an employer has to offer? Oh yeah, the applicants never cease to amaze me. But on the same token I find many employers simply do not know how to engineer help wanted ads to filter out the rift raft. .

Some w/ grease stains, some torn & tattered. -7 pairs of jeans, ranging from Levis to Polo to GAP. 1/2 of them have holes in 'em. -1 belt -1 pair of old worn out Nike shoes.

i took some advice from mr sean adams and made it about 50% my company and the work we do and 50% what i expect from an employee in the day to day and what they should send me(contact info, resume, references, pics of work)

I don't know, one of my favs was when I placed an ad for a part-time design assistant, and one guy's resume actually included the line "I have not been convicted of any felonies." Ok... so you weren't caught? The charges didn't stick?

I was anxiously awaiting the blizzard, my bad. I got 50+ hrs of work in so its all good now.
And i need to add that to the listing. But what keeps a daylighted pipe or just your regular downspout from freezing? Posted via Mobile Device
