Next time im out there ill try and grab some pics, but its actually below the foundation at the house. I asked them what they wanted me to do about that and they said we dont care. Its been that way for 20 years... But we tooks lots of precaution to get the water to run out insead of to the house.

I would have loved to take the dirt down to almost level but you saw the mature trees. Had to do the best with what i had to work with.
