Thank you, I think you're right.
Ha! No way man. This is a new clients house I snapped the pic while there measuring her lawn. I see these everywhere and never knew what they were. I try to take notes of all plants around the landscape on each property I maintain. Should they not look this way at this time of year?

They're fine they are just dormant.
Cut them back to the ground in the next few weeks. New growth should sprout in the spring. For fuller plants, pinch/cut them back by 1/3, the first of june and first of july. |
