Nice rigs! You got 3 walkers on a 16ft trailer? Thats a big accomplishment right there. How do you like the diesel john deeres? Are they worth the extra cash?

I knew there'd be a Ford comment thrown in

We have 2 new guys and I told them I was putting 3 mowers on the utility trailer and all they said was "they won't fit." Guess I proved them wrong

The diesels are well worth the money IMHO, we started buying all diesels for the lower operating costs and longer lifespan. We started with a 54" Husky but the motor blew at 650 hours because of some of the properties we mow. Both Deere's are almost at 2k hours and we have done nothing except regular maintenance.

How does your truck handle the bigger trailer of the two?

It handles it fine, if we put the tractor on that trailer it strains a little but with the mowers you don't really feel the difference.

Tree removal for the High school baseball team so they could put in new batting cages, we volunteered on a Sunday to help the school. The tree guy owed my father a favor.....

When we told him about the trees he was happy to help the school. The baseball coach wanted us to cut the trees, but after looking at it we would have taken 2 or 3 days and the other guy with the saw head had them down in 3 hours.
