So who has a 6 figure net company? I'm curious about the dynamics as well.

What services do you offer?

How long in business?

What is your role in the company?

These are a few questions I've always wondered about larger LCO's

Maybe we can bring this thread back to where it was

Also how long did you stay in that mid zone before deciding to go big? I currently have the maximum amount of work part time help can handle. Im hiring fulltime this year as my marketing has been in place for years and produces steady leads. I expect to have over 100 fulltime clients this year and 60 seasonal clients. I have been adding 25-30 fulltime clients per year steadily. I had to turn away a lot of work last season so I could grow faster but I dont feel Im ready.

GMLC,

You make a good point about not feeling ready. One of the best tools to help you know how much growth you can handle is a good profit & loss report. You can estimate how much work you can handle without adding additional employees/equipment, and have a pretty good idea of your profit at that level.

More importantly, you will also have a pretty good idea of how tight your bottom line will be when you do have to add new employees/equipment, and how much your sales will have to increase to overcome the additional expense.

This will help you spend as much time as possible in the sweet spot where you have maximized the production of your current assets.

Lets give Sydney a chance guys. I read an old thread about TJ Justice (Just Mowing) and a lot of people chided him...turned out he knew what he was talking about.
