How long do you wait for someone late for a meeting ?

Got a call from someone new regarding some landscape maintenance. So I pull up to a very nice home with a large landscape that needs attention. So I waited around for 30 mins and jetted.

How long do you wait before you leave ?

At 20 minutes I would have called to verify that I was at the right address...and to hopefully make them feel guilty. lol

I don't really have a time limit. Most meetings are done after I'm done mowing for the day and I spend any time waiting doing paperwork or coming up with proposals for other jobs just like I would be doing at home, just in the truck. I have waited for 45 minutes once before I noticed just because I was working and listening to some tunes. If I had nothing to do if be out in 15 minutes after I tried to get a hold of them, and they did not answer

If no one is home and no dogs I will walk the property take my measurements and work up my prices for the proprerty.

No one home once I am done then I will leave. Then I will follow up with a phone call and give them the prices.

i generally show up 10 mins early, and wait around for another 15, then give the customer a call if they are not there yet, then if they don't answer i kindly leave a message and leave. 30 mins would not fly with me, especially because i schedule estimates pretty close to each other, depending on location, so i might have another to do in 30 mins so i can't be waiting 30 mins for someone to show up.

I schedule estimates after work hours and call when I'm on my way to make sure the time is still good.
