What is your PSI, Meter Size, and Supply pipe size/type?

You already got a meter. Add a wristwatch, and you can measure flow rates.

You can measure the maximum flow, not the safe flow to reduce future damage to the meter.

Supply is a 6" main... my tap is 1" that will feed my meter. Its k copper BTW... My meter is 1". I will have a Backflow assume 1" and a master valve 1". Didn't plan on a wye but that's not a bad idea.... and yes dynamic pressure.... I do not have the mete,tap or any of this done yet. I actually just had to do the road bore and now I'm setting the meter this week soon as I dig up the main... so far its over 5ft deep!

Your 1" master valve will be the most restrictive part of the chain.

And I can always upsize that to a 1.5 in. If needed be. I would think right out of my backflow is when id upsize my mainline anyways so my master valve would be bigger as well... if I ran a 2" mainline to be safe, any possible way I could get away with 1" laterals if I ran my mainline up the middle so my lateral length isn't as long... just tee my laterals right of the mainland go both ways with em. 1" should push 3 pgp's fine...

Assuming you have 60psi....(You didnt tell me static pressure)

21.81 gpm @52.57psi after your meter.

I don't know static pressure yet as.nothing has been tapped.... the city told.me 90psi... I doubt that though... I may go to next door neighbor and ask.if I can test his outside faucet just to get an idea... id.be willing to bet its around 70-75

@60psi Static(S)- 21.81gpm and 52.57psi downstream of meter (DSM)

@70psi S- 21.81gpm and 61.3psi DSM

@80psi S- 21.81gpm and 70.11psi DSM

@90psi S- 21.81gpm and 78.91psi DSM

@500psi S- 21.81gom and 446.53psi DSM haha
