I upgraded my truck from a little Chevy 4 cylinder to my new V8 2012 Chevy Silverado. Ive had the truck for not even 3 months and one of my customers backs right into it. Ive been cutting their yard for 3 years and have parked in the same spot every single time haha. She was in a rush and "Didnt See it" my bright red truck and big black trailer parked there. Anyways it wasnt a good end to my day!!!!

Thats terrible. I had one go straight into my interstate trailer. Dot tape from front to back with a bright yellow machine on top. Busted out both tail lights and caved her trunk in, she was really moving! She starts screaming that I'm going to pay. I said sure lady, just as soon as you call the cops and your insurance company and tell them you hit a legally parked vehicle.

i know the feeling.. i got my 2007 silverado new back in 07 and a few months later this old man ran through a red light and tore the front end of my truck to hell. i was so mad.. worst part was nobody behind me at the green light stopped to help or be a witness they just went around me, and the guy lied so it was reported as nobody at fault by the police. so, i had to use my own insurance and pay deductible. Atleast you know it wasn't your fault.. and i assume nobody was hurt which is always a positive thing, and thank god for insurance! I just know how hard it is to sell something after its showing an accident on carfax, I wanted to sell my truck but the carfax report helped to not make that possible without just about giving it away.. lol.

I hope this customer makes it right for you..

Make sure you keep these photos of the dent so that when the carfax says "accident" you can show it to be more a fender bender. Or just put a flatbed on it and call it a work truck.

I was at Home Depot with step dad driving down the isle to park old guy backed right into us looks just like that and was like 3500 to fix
