2nd year in is already exciting

Well I ended up having a great first year on my own and this one is already looking great. I recieved a huge contract in the mail Friday for my big commercial client and I could actually just do it and be fine but as I have retained all my residential customers I wil be very busy.

We are also expecting our second child to be here on march 4th which we are also excited about. We will be adopting her and everything is going smooth so far as opposed to the adotion of our son which was a three year battle. Gotta keep worrking to feed and cloth him, he turned four in January and is 45 inches tall, 44lbs and wears a size 1 shoe.

I hope all of you are as blessed this year as my family and I. Work safe and work smart and have a good time doing it.

Congrats on a successful first year, I'm starting my first year in a few weeks. God bless you and your wife for adopting, my wife and I have 3 kids of our own and would like to adopt our next one, wife's health won't allow for a fourth natural pregnancy. If you don't mind me asking, how's the whole adoption process? What's the total cost? Just trying to plan financially. Once again congrats and God bless.

Overall the process is good, lots and lots of legal jargon I didn't understand. Our current adoption is a cakewalk, the mother has already signed her rights to us and the dad is not going to be an issue because he doesn't want to pay child support for another. The cost for this one will be right at $1500. The adoption of our son was complicated because of the mother, its a longer story and I do not mind telling it at all so if y'all wanna hear it I will. The total for his adoption was right at 10k but it was for these court visits and lots of filing fees and such.

Both of them are private adoptions which makes a big difference in cost, if you go through an agency you can plan on spending 20-40k we were told. My wife always wanted to go to China but I cut that off, its just way to expensive. If you have any questions at all about it feel free to pm me and I will be more than happy to help all I can.

Good luck on your second season. My wife and I have also adopted 2 children. Local adoption through a NFP organization name Crisis Pregnancy Outreach here in Tulsa. Doctors said she shouldn't labor after our second child so we adopted. They are 7 now, but not twins. 3 months apart, so alot like twins. We got them at birth for my son and 9 months for my daughter.

I am from a little town in Calhoun County that i will opt out of naming haha. I do alot of work in Rome and north and west of here. This little town is dead and the water so I have to venture out and drive lots of miles but i am blessed to have a contract with a company that makes it worth my while. I have been paying attention to your work Jason and you do a great job.

And by the way guys dont let my one difficult adoption steer any of you away it's really a great thing.
