Help with Purchase Opinion Hustler 3400

I have a chance to purchase this Mower this weekend for $3500.00. It is a Hustler 3400 with 1682 hours, 72" deck, 4x4 28hp Kubota diesel. It also has the ROPS Cab. I mow 3 lots right now for a total of 11 acres. They like their lots nice and level at around 2" height. Could someone please give me an opinion on if this is a good deal and if this would be a good mower for what I need. Thank You, Craig Allison

That looks like a great deal but cutting at 2", it better be nice level ground or you'll be scalping a lot with that wide cut.
