How do you trust hired help with equipment?
I see lawn guys working off of other companies equipment how are they doing that? That guy can just walk off with their stuff at anytime.

How do you know it isn't theirs? I have never heard of a company using someones equipment other than their own.

Don't know how. I know it's not insured though. Insurance covers work done by the company. Insurance doesn't extend to "non-jobs". Got an invoice from the "job"? Or are you talking about employee theft? Where the employees are using the company gear for a "moonlighted job"?

I think what he's trying to say is. employees are using equipment off the job site.
for like personal use.... if this is what your refering. I do sometiems lend equipment. But most people can pay the deposit. it's 5,000.00 per trailer. and a ztr is 20,000.00 deposit
