Quickbook Reports for annual call-backs

I have an excellent report printed out from Quickbooks listing all aeration customers starting last June but it doesn't include their phone # & address details. Anyone know how to customize it to print this? I should probably just type their name into the customer box & retrieve from there but life would be easier to have it all on one sheet that I can use to schedule their spring service.
