Where's the DOT when you need them?

No lights on the trailer, trencher isn't chained down, crap was blowing off the back and he was doing like 30 in a 45 zone.

Just another day.

the losing debris is key....one call to CHP would bring a response. CHP in this local is cracking down on things like covered loads, loose garbage cans, equipment ect....

I once had numerous photos like this on my Facebook but must of deleted the album for whatever reason. This is the only one that survived. This guy had working lights but no straps.

Had an awesome photo of a CTL without straps or chains on i270.... They were nice enough to use wheel chocks.

These guys are just so careless...

It's one thing to be an incompetent or reckless operator.... You are most likely only going to injure yourself.(Or the unlucky sap you have down in the hole)

But to get on the roads like this and endanger EVERYBODY around you is just crazy...

I don't understand why you're driving behind them, either overtake or pullover and let them get further in front so if it comes of it's not going to hit you
