Any ideas for a safety program?

I work for a company that has been around for over 30 years in the Central PA area, and we have never had a formal safety program. Does anyone currently have a good program that works or know where I can get some good ideas?

We use the Tailgate safety manual from TCIA. Monthly meetings with a topic out of the book, and go over close calls. Quarterly we do aerial rescue on dynamic and static systems. With this we also do complete gear inspection (by one of the other arborists here (another set of eyes catches something every now and again)). Also we are working on getting on of our guys CTSP through TCIA. In addition we write our own SOP's for our operations (goes beyond ANSI in many situations). Also we do a daily job site safety briefing (most the time).

TCIA Tailgate Safety

I own a Tree Service in South Jersey and we use the TCIA "Tailgate Safety" program as well.
