Need help choosing a mini ex

I've got a recent hire that has shown me the labor savings of renting a mini over using 3-5 laborers. I couldn't believe what he got done in a few hrs with a 17d Deere that slipped right in a 42in gate. I'm seeing that the 3500lb to 2ton machines run close to the same money as the 3ton machines. We do a lot of concrete replacement an additions in tight back yards. I can see going 3 ton since they're similar money but it will mean pulling a fence post pretty often. This price looks good but needs tabletop work http://orlando.craigslist.org/grd/3652333203.html
This price looks good too but it a little on the high side for my budget http://daytona.craigslist.org/cto/3634608334.html
Both are close. What do you think?

The second one is nice...priced a bit high imho.
Longer reach, more bucket force...better for concrete. Looks like it is plumbed and has bracket for thumb...If I could snag it for 16k, then it would be my choice.
The cheaper one is a gamble...if your inclined to work on it...find out how much it will cost to fix...table top work? Ring gear/bearings?

U25 looks to be in great shape. I would try to get him down a bit on the price.
