Spent 15k targeting specific neighborhoods that we work in everyday. I don't do it in spring, bc we can barely handle the spring rush. Usually try to start May and throughout the summer. I just think direct mail is a saturated market where people get so much junk mail our advertising is seriously diluted. Kind of like advertising in a phone book.
I know when I check my mail, I get the mail, pull beside the dumpster, and throw all of the direct mail away.
Have you had success with direct mail?
