Carb Flooding / Cutting Off

Okay, My carb on my Kawasaki FH680 keeps cutting off when I open the fuel valve. I took the carb apart cleaned everything, checked the float to make sure it wasn't sticking, all the jets are clear, fuel pump is good. As you can see I'm out of suggestions! When I start the engine it'll run perfect but after like 20 seconds it floods the carb and cuts off. i can even start it up and when it's about to cut off I'll shut the fuel supply off and it'll run good but the moment i open the fuel the supply up after like 10 seconds it'll cut off and flood the carb. Has anyone ever had this issue and if so how did you fix it?

Mr Phil,

Sometimes just cleaning doesn't cut it, Replace the float needle valve and the flooding should stop. Run a Q-tip sprayed with carb cleaner down in the float valve seat to assure it's clean.....

I got it fixed today! It was the o-ring by the fuel inlet that needed to be changed. It was pushing fuel outside the needle valve which was causing it to flood.
