Yes I have use the Titanium Force Trimmer Line by Husqvarna and I thought it was very good line. And the one I use was not the best they make.
XP Force Trimmer Line is there best line. I need to get some see how good it is .

I have a 5lb. of line that is round and red I don't know what it is but it is very good .

I bought a little plastic package of the .95 stihl commercial line. (round) because I don't have alot of yards so i was just seeing what works best... well thats almost out and honestly it sucks compared to my FS90r came with the .95 quiet line.. Ive read a few other threads and it seems like its alot of personal opinion.
Never had .105 line, so what do y'all think?
maybe a quiet .105 line?
or an "aggressive (x, pentagon, star) .95 line?

sorry if im bringin up an old thread and hassling y'all. Im new to lawn site so i apologize for any inconvenience haha

Oregon's Platinum SuperTwist will make any trimmer a better trimmer. Because it is coated w/ a heat resistant material, it does not weld to itself in the spool. It's quiet and durable...great for residential work where detailed trimming/edging is needed.

Oregon's Magnum line is even stronger/more durable...and I've yet to try it.

Valk-
I bought a spool of the Oregon Magnum Super Twist- the grey stuff that is twisted with the Aramid fiber chord down the center. That is the best stuff yet. My little 223L will pull it with no problem and it cuts as well as, or better than Platinum ST and lasts even longer.

This is the line I will be sticking with. BTW- .095. It is the same apparent size as my .105 PST, but for some reason, my 223 has no problem with the new stuff while PST made it bog down some.

Good to know, RG! Oregon's Magnum SuperTwist will be my next trimmer line investment...but I may very well go deep into next year with my present supply of Platinum. Very pleased with it thus far.
Any appreciable diff in pricing? Do you have a theory why your 223 puts up with the Magnum as opposed to the Platinum? Is one more/less pliable than the other?
