How much should I pay for a 36 Snapper Pro Zero Turn(s50xt)?

I am looking into getting a 36 inch riding zero turn. I have looked everywhere for used but just can't seem to find any. After some research it seems that snapper has one of the best priced new zero turns for the size im looking for. I went down to the dealer and the price of a new s50xt (which is the 36 snapper pro with a 19hp kawaski engine) is 4,700 out the door. He said since I was paying cash he would give me about 200 off taxes so that's how it came out to 4,700. My question is, is this a good price or should I offer a lower price? It also comes with a 3 year warranty.

Side note: I will be using this mower for my small lawn service, about 20 yards a week, all under an acre.
