Metsulfuron/sod install

I am planning on doing a sod install sometime soon when temps cool down. I would like to spray the property for bahia to knock seedhead production down since I am mowing it now. Didn't find anything on the label to prohibit sod but it mentioned new plantings. Any thoughts or experiences?

I use it with no problems on established zoysia. Just wondering if there might be an issue putting the sod over the top of an app say a month later. The sod is zoysia btw.
