Make sure to keep in mind that a new Tier IV final T590 will set you back about $4500 more than a Tier IV interim T590.

It kills me what these EPA restrictions have done to the price of equipment. I priced a 210 CASE Tier 4 final, its a 2100 ROC machine, fully loaded minus hf and it was 44K. That's crazy for a machine that size. These costs are completely out of control on these tier 4 final machines. I get why, I am more pissed at the EPA than the OEM's.

No, still 66 gross hp, but the Doosan engine is a 2.4L vs. a 2.6L. All of the new S series machines 500 and 600 (skid and CTL) will have a 2.4L. No more 2.6L or 3.3L. The 3.8L will also be dropped for a 3.4L for 2015. Expect a big price jump on the 700 and 800s when they go to the 3.4L Doosan too.
