Litzenburgers fleet

http://www.litzenburgerlandscape.com/our-fleet/

I don't know this guy but came across some pictures of his fleet in a magazine. Very nice trucks and I imagine they are great for name recognition. I don't think anyone would question their attention to detail after seeing the trucks.

I have too. But I have incredibly high standards and would end up dropping enough cash into restoring it, that I would probably be better off just buying new.

Those trucks are sweet, I would think it would cost a lot to keep that fleet up. That's just my opinion though.

Im thinking you resto the body, and drop it into a '90s international frame and drivetrain from a used straight truck with a new dump body on it and nobodys the wiser. Plus super easy to maintain.

they can't be cheap to keep up, but at the same time name recognition would be fantastic. To see a working truck that age in that kind of condition says a lot about the company and who works there. I would want to trust them more than just another guy in a Ford-Chevy late model truck. So I guess you could add advertising to justify the expense as well. Once it has been restored repairs shouldn't be too bad. At least there's no computer to go bad.

that is a really cool idea. He must have had one classic truck that worked out really well for him so he ran with the idea. That tree spade is impressive! I wonder if insurance is cheaper on that stuff.
