Employee pay!!!nj

What should a good hardworking employee make?? A person that shows up to work on time everyday works nonstop with no complaints ,has pride in his work and that loves what he does..an employee that knows how to edge with trimmer drive all types of mowers and a beast at leaf cleanups.

This is one of those how much do you make and what do you think you should make questions.
For every area and business it will be different.
$12-$17 depending on many variables.

Note if you pay 12 or somewhere in that area he will always be looking for another company paying higher. He might leave for a dollar more.
