Is this a scam?

I got a call about an hour ago from a Cutting Edge Preservation recruiter, asking me if id be interested in some yards $20 per yard, they all seem pretty small, but requesting a lot of pictures. They emailed me a list of properties, picture and work requirments. They havent asked for proof of license or insurance, and the website thats in a footer of one of the documents the sent me, being www.cuttingedgepres.com isnt real just goes to a domain page.

Thanks

This is the work requirment document

Cutting Edge Preservation
347.915.7541 | 2110 West County Line Rd, Jackson, NJ 08527 | www.cuttingedgepres.com
Work Requirements:
1.Mowing of the grass.
2.Edging around sidewalks/driveways.
3. Weed-Wacking around the structure situated on the property or any flower pots
etc that may be unsightly and overgrown.
4. Shrubs need to be trimmed periodically throughout the season.
Upon completion of work be sure to blow away any clippings that have accumulated
as a result of your work. Do not remove trash, debris or fallen trees.
There will be scenarios where work cannot be done, you will be required to show
supporting photos and you will be paid $8 for your trip.
Below is a list of reasons to not perform work.
 Home/property is occupied (car in driveway, people in house).
 Property is maintained by outside company (photos must support ongoing
maintenance, not merely short grass).
 Address is an Apartment/condo.
If the property is overgrown, complete the job and we will pay you extra for the extra
time it took to complete.
Route:
In order to optimize your working time, set up the most time saving route before you
go out for work.
Pay:
After receipt of the initial set of pictures we will set up instant payment. There are
several methods for you to select from.

Working for property preservation co's isn't worth it IMO. Tons of trouble for very little money.
