Selling dump trailer to get a box truck??

Decided to focus my marketing and direction of my company to more lawn/landscape maintenance & small landscape/irrigation installs etc.. Goal is to build a route of 75-100 accnts( where me and 1-2 helpers can complete in 3days) leave thurs-fri for rain delay and landscaping/irrigation. I really want to get a box truck for mowing. Found a great deal on a 95' isuzu with 14ft box, already setup with trimmer/blower racks. But i need to get rid of one of my 4 trailers. So thinking of putting my 18ft gooseneck dump trailer up forsale. It gets used the least. Am i nuts?

Don't do it. You need to be able to haul mulch, tree debris, sand and pallets. Etc.

I tried the whole having mulch delivered thing last year and hated it

Good point. Bulk is way cheaper here than bagged. I pay 29 a yard or $4 a bag

that dump trailer would be nice when you get another storm. Good Luck with your decision.

Why have the flat deck and equip trailer? I would lose the equip trailer. It would be different if you had a dump truck
