Outside the scope of maintenance

I run my company to do strictly maintenance. I have a couple of customers that ask me if I could overseed their lawn. It's not the entire lawn, just a small patch maybe less than 400 sq ft. Do I charge them to do this as a seperate service or would you just take care of the overseeding during the maintenance visit? The customers are providing the seed.

It's a separate service it's not a big part of my income but in 10 years it has added 75,000 in work to the balance sheets.
