Hemlock Wooly Adelgids any advice?

As usual title says it all.

I have a hemlock that is roughly 20 or so feet tall.
It was loaded with hwa.
I sprayed over a month ago with talstar and oil.
Then deep root injected it with merit.
Overkill maybe, but this customer is unreal.
The customer is getting extremely anxious because she's not seeing any improvement.
I have explained that it takes time, especially for the merit, to move into the plant and control the insects.
I think she is losing faith in me.
Is there anything else I could consider doing?
Someone suggested at least spraying it with iron to give it better color.
I know not to fertilize it.

Thanks

This product works very well for adelgid. And you can do it your self. The product can be purchased at Home Depot, Lowes, Sears (garden centers), local hardware stores even walmart. Very easy to apply and great control. Let me know it you have any further questions. sorry it took so long, i just saw the thread.
