Is this a good price for this 2-cycle Lawn-Boy Duraforce?

I haven't gone to see it in person yet, but it looks like it has been taken care of and is in excellent condition. For those with experience with the 2-stroke Lawn-Boys, is this a sought after model? Thanks.

That to me looks like a Lawn-Boy 10324. I paid $150 here in Canada for a non-selfpropelled one. There was one just in that condition at my dealer last August for $200 so I would get him down to $200 or tell him to throw in the bagger...
All 2-stroke Lawn-Boys are sought after.
And a tip: when you go see it in person you should look at the little sticker with the model # and the serial #, look at the serial # and the first 2 digits after the first number is the year of manufacture.. For example: 19987645 made in 1999
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the tips. How is parts availability for the 2-cycle models?

It's pretty good! It really depends where yo live and how many people own 2-cycle models.

That's good to hear that Lawn-Boy (I believe Toro owns them now?) still manufactures replacement parts. I have a Husqvarna 21" 7021P that I use for my trim mower on the lots where it would not be efficient to use a string trimmer in the tight areas. I also use it to mow some culvert areas, but I would like something stronger without going the full-on commercial route on my trim mower just yet. Perhaps in a few years I will.
