Pricing This Job..

I have a roughly 30k sqft property that I was asked to bid on.
It is two town homes with 3 retaining walls varying from 50-180 ft long. I only mention this because of the trimming aspect.

Anyone have any idea what they would bid on this without seeing a picture?
I'm pretty sure I can get my 52" almost anywhere on the property but there is a ton of trimming that will need to be done.

I'm having trouble trying to figure this one out..

Thats it? I was thinking more towards $70.00 but then again thats why I asked. I could understand if it was a little more open but its tight in spots with the walls between the houses.

Here is the link on google maps: It won't let me post the picture for some reason. It is the two homes with the parking lot on the left. I don't mow the open field on the left. But everything right of that to the road I will need to mow.

Yeah I just tested it out and it doesn't... sorry everyone

That sounded more like what it might be. I figure ill have to run both the 52" and the 36" because some of the tight areas. The terrain is pretty hilly on the right side and has a good amount of trees and some electrical boxes to trim and go around.
